The cottage guests need to supply their own linen and breakfast.

Yellow Cottage is a renovated  original  farm cottage with solar power situated near the creek on Bedervale, a sheep and cattle property, only 2.8 km from the historic town of Braidwood. (Directions same as Bedervale.) 

Yellow Cottage decorated in a casual country style. It is self contained and has three bedrooms, full kitchen / dining room, a loungeroom, a large sun room, bathroom and laundry. It has a gas heater, refrigerator and hot water and BBQ on the verandah. There is a slow combustion wood fire in the sitting room and an open fire in one  of the bedrooms.

Sleeps up to eight. Accommodation available on exclusive basis, ie. one group - up to eight people.

3 x Bedrooms plus sunroom
2 x queen beds
1 x twin bed
2 x 2 small beds in sunroom

The main homestead may be visited to feed the chooks etc. and to play tennis.
